We want every client to feel confident booking with us. Here is how cancellations and refunds work.
Consultations
Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the session fee.
Design fees
The initial 50% deposit is refundable within 3 business days of signing if no design work has started. After work begins, fees are non-refundable for work completed; unused portions are refunded pro rata.
Product orders
Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable once ordered. Stock items follow each vendor's return policy, minus any restocking and freight fees. Damaged items are repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
How to request a refund
Email us with your name and project details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
