Concept development
We create floor plans, mood boards and material palettes. You'll see two directions so you can react to real options.
Design presentation
An in-person presentation of the final plan, renderings where useful, and an itemized budget for every piece and finish.
Procurement
We place orders at trade pricing, track every shipment, inspect deliveries at the receiving warehouse and handle any damage claims.
Construction support
For renovations, we coordinate with your contractor, answer site questions and conduct scheduled check-ins.
Installation & reveal
Everything arrives in one coordinated day. We place furniture, hang art, style shelves and leave you with a finished room.
Aftercare
A 30-day follow-up visit, care guides for your new pieces and help with any warranty questions.
